Energy Management
It is vital that UK Industry and business understand the reasons for and the benefits of conserving energy.

Enspect Ltd Energy Management system has been formulated through studies of energy conservation and environmental impact.
The management system is split into specific modules, each module having substantial benefits but the overall unit having the biggest impact.

Energy Consultation.  An on-site consultation with one of our assessors will define simple ways to conserve energy and save upto 5% of energy spend.

SBEM Survey & Calculation.  An site survey and report will define the Energy Efficiency rating of the building and ways to improve it.

Thermal Imaging Survey.  A Thermal Imaging Survey will photographically depict areas of the building structure with poor thermal performance and provide guidance on how to improve it.

Energy Monitoring.  Enspect Ltd have designed a specialist tool that will monitor energy consumption for the whole building premises and individual electrical items, providing a full report itemising cost’s associated.  Identifying total energy consumption over a set period of time allows the organisation to determine what electrical items are for essential business continuity use and what is not.  This allows certain electrical items to be decommissioned or replaced with more energy efficient items.  The report will also be used to compare and validate energy supplier’s invoices.
